TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE OCTOBER 2026 HAIR CARE PRIZE DRAW

ORGANISER OF THE PRIZE DRAW

DERMOFARM, S.A.U. (hereinafter“DERMOFARM”), with registered office at Parc Can Sant Joan, Carrer de Leonardo da Vinci, 16–22, 08191, Rubí, Barcelona (Spain) and Tax Identification Number (N.I.F.) A08283624, is organising a national prize draw consisting of a prize draw for a pack of hair care products (hereinafter the “Prize Draw”), which will be publicised via its official Instagram page:

Through this prize draw, DERMOFARM aims to:

This prize draw will take place throughout mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

As part of this Prize Draw, DERMOFARM will send the winner one (1) pack of the following products from the hair care range:

· Hair Longevity Supplement (A box of 30 sachets)

HOW TO ENTER

  • Comment on the post, tagging a contact.

Users may enter by commenting as many times as they wish to increase their chances of winning, provided they comment whilst tagging different users.

2. From among all participants, once the prize draw period has ended, DERMOFARM, S.A.U. will conduct a random draw consisting of a random selection of 3 winners and 5 runners-up from all the valid entries.

RULES OF THE PRIZE DRAW

DERMOFARM, S.A.U. reserves the right, where there is a justifiable reason and following due legal notice, to amend, suspend or extend this promotion.

The winner shall be responsible for any tax or fiscal liabilities that acceptance of the prize may entail, as well as any other expenses arising from the Prize Draw that are not expressly borne by DERMOFARM, S.A.U. in these terms and conditions.

A period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of award of the Products is established for the submission of any duly substantiated claim.

LEGAL ASPECTS

Participation in the Prize Draw implies full acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions, as well as DERMOFARM’s discretion in resolving any issue arising from their interpretation or application.

DERMOFARM reserves the right to exclude from the Prize Draw any participants who: fail to comply with

  • Fail to comply with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions
  • Provide false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information
  • Submit incorrect or incomplete contact or identification details
  • Engage in fraudulent behaviour or actions that undermine the proper conduct of the Prize Draw.

The information provided by participants must be true. Should any irregularity or falsehood be detected, the participant will be automatically excluded from the process and will forfeit any rights arising from their participation.

DERMOFARM may verify the identity and details of the participants by whatever means it deems appropriate.

Furthermore, DERMOFARM reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any entry it considers to be irregular
  • Amend the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw for justifiable reasons
  • Suspend or cancel the Prize Draw in the event of force majeure or circumstances preventing its proper conduct

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PARTICIPANTS’ PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contractual relationship arising from your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Please note that this consent may be withdrawn at any time without this affecting your participation in the Prize Draw or the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Should you be declared the winner, your personal data may be disclosed to companies collaborating in the organisation of the promotion, such as, for the courier company responsible for delivering the Products. Furthermore, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties in order to comply with the relevant legal obligations in each case.

DERMOFARM will retain your personal data for the duration of the this promotion, as well as for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations applicable in each case, in accordance with the type of data involved. Specifically, information relating to participation in the Prize Draw must be retained for a period of 5 years. Once this period has elapsed, your data relating to this Prize Draw will be deleted. Should you have given us your consent to send you marketing communications, your data will be processed until such time as you do not request its deletion.

DERMOFARM undertakes to comply with its obligation of confidentiality regarding personal data and its duty to safeguard it, and shall take the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account at all times the state of the art in technology.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters relating to their interpretation, compliance and enforcement.

DERMOFARM reserves the right to take legal action, and to automatically disqualify or expel, without prior notice, any person who commits any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the Prize Draw.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, both DERMOFARM and the participants in this Prize Draw expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might otherwise be entitled.
